i love to collect magazines, but for some of them, i didn't want to just sit on the shelf. i decided to give these already things of beauty a transformation. i compiled pieces from the hefty stack i'd accumulated and put the pieces together.
disco x zebra mirror
i made this mirror back over winter break in 2022. i wanted to add a twist to the disco mirror ideas i'd seen and added zebra to the mix. i think this mirror is a fun and wacky staple for my apartment. a funky mirror is so much more fun to look into, it's a crowd-pleaser and a craft that il'l always love.
imposter magazine
this was a final project that i worked on with two classmates and has been my favorite thing i have done in college so far. i am so proud of the way that this magazine turned out. i spent a little too much time working on this final when i should have been preparing for my three other classes, but i didn't care. this final was exciting because we discussed the issue that is common among many college students: imposter syndrome. read below to find out more about our case study and our own personal experiences.
